The amenities at 1 Van de Graaff contribute to a sense of community within our building and provide our tenants with the opportunity to get outside their individual work spaces on a regular basis —whether it’s grabbing lunch with a neighbor at the cafe or meeting with a friend for a quick lunchtime workout.
1 Van de Graaff Cafe coffee bar
Built in 2023, the 1 VdG cafe includes freshly prepared hot meals – breakfast and lunch, Monday thru Thursday, as well as grab n’ go options that are available 24/7.
1 van de graaff gym
The 1 Van de Graaff gym is available to all tenants and includes:
- Cardio machines (treadmill and ellipticals)
- Free weights
- Weight machines
- Locker room and showers
Please sign the fitness waiver (below) prior to using the gym.
foxrock flow
Burlington’s FoxRock FLOW space is now open. It is located off the cafe and includes one large conference room, four private offices and four hot desks.
FoxRock FLOW is FoxRock’s flexible workspace amenity, which allows tenants to book an office, desk or conference room on an as-needed basis at any one of the four designated locations in our portfolio. Currently our Braintree, Burlington and Norwell locations are online and ready for use.
